CivLux Credits are available for discretionary spending. Your Access Score determines which categories, quantities and quality levels are currently available to you.
Your Access Score updates in real time. Employment performance, community conduct, health behaviours and social participation all contribute positively to your profile.
We recommend reviewing your access permissions regularly through the Citystream app.
NODE-1 monitors key health indicators continuously. This data is used to personalise your healthcare pathway and ensure you receive the most appropriate support at every stage of civic life.
Lifestyle choices — including diet, sleep, exercise and medication adherence — form part of your overall civic health profile.
Mental health support is available at all tiers. We encourage you to engage openly with Citystream's wellness services.

Residential allocation is based on your current tier, employment status, household requirements and civic standing.
OptiCorp owns all residential and commercial property within Cinderport. Residential allocations are reviewed periodically to ensure that accommodation continues to meet household and civic requirements.
Residents in good standing experience stable, long-term occupancy. Maintaining your score is the most reliable way to protect your home.
Family profiles are linked within the Citystream network. Shared household members contribute to and are affected by collective household standing.
Children are encouraged to receive NODE-1 from birth to enable full access to educational pathways and developmental opportunities. Family status applies until the age of eighteen.
Cinderport operates a Behavioural Support programme designed to help residents who experience difficulty maintaining civic standards.
Should your profile trigger a review, you will be contacted through Citystream. We ask that you respond promptly and attend your Civic Review Centre appointment. Early engagement leads to the best outcomes.
Civic Review Centres are clean, modern and staffed by trained professionals. You will not be kept longer than necessary.
Residents are free to leave at any time.
Please note that CivLux and Core Credits are not transferable outside Cinderport's civic network. Returning residents are required to restart the integration process from the beginning.
We find that most residents who consider leaving choose to stay.
