Unimplanted residents are welcome to remain as Tenants for as long as they choose. Please note that Tenant access to essential services operates through personal device verification, which is subject to occasional network interruptions, queue delays, and service tier limitations. These are not restrictions. They are simply the natural consequence of operating outside an optimised system.

Your access to CivLux categories is determined by your Access Score — a dynamic, responsive measure of your engagement with city life. It rises naturally as you participate. It reflects who you are becoming as a Registered Citizen.

The observation points at transit hubs, service corridors and community spaces are part of Citystream's Civic Safety Network.
